China Market Manager

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand AVCAS’s footprint in the Chinese market, targeting international schools, high-net-worth families, and corporate clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational agencies, KOLs, and industry partners.

• Lead bilingual product roadshows and presentations to promote AVCAS programs 

• Collaborate with the UK team to tailor programs to Chinese client needs, ensuring cultural relevance and premium quality.

• Monitor market trends in Chinese (study tours) and propose innovative program concepts.

 

Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in China’s educational travel, study tour, or international education sectors.

• Established network with Chinese international schools, affluent families, or educational institutions.

• Deep understanding of Chinese culture and familiarity with UK/EU education systems.

• Strong project management, negotiation, and public speaking skills.

Europe Program Coordinator

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage AVCAS’s European programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

• Liaise with European partners (schools, NGOs, artists) to secure exclusive resources and collaborations.

• Coordinate logistics for programs, including accommodation, transportation, and activity scheduling.

• Conduct bilingual briefings for Chinese clients and stakeholders.

• Innovate new program themes leveraging UK/EU educational assets.

 

Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in program coordination, preferably in education, travel, or cultural exchange.

• Knowledge of European educational resources (e.g., UK school systems, EU visa regulations).

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative mindset with a passion for designing unique educational experiences.
